To answer your questions OP:
1) The mass of the projectile would depend on the density of the material used to make the projectile...now it is a rail projectile so we know that it needs to be conductive, have a conductive outer shell, or have a conductive sabot. It would also depend on what they mean when they say "beehive," as this could mean multiple projectiles that separate from a main shell (like a shotgun...or an airbursting round), it could mean that it has a beehive like structure to minimize mass (Why?), or it could mean that it is a fragmentation round that sends shrapnel is several directions after impacting/penetrating a target or target area.
2) The Variant Ranges are as follows:
Tactical Variants (excluding 'Balac's"): 350m Range
Charge Sniper Rifles (Including 'Symb's') and Balac's Sniper Rifle : 400m Range
Vanilla Sniper Rifles (Including 'Thale's'): 450m Range
3) The Headshot Multipliers are as follows:
Tactical Variants: 2x
Charge Sniper Rifles (Including 'Symb's'): 3.5x
Vanilla Sniper Rifles (Including 'Thale's'): 3x
I think the Balac's might also have the 3.5x multiplier, but I accidentally deleted the video I had with it

Granted

Well...this is not entirely true, just the ship's "Max Velocity" is apparently the sum of all vectors the ship is on. I believe the only technobabble I've heard on the velocity thing being a side-effect of warp drive technology, exchange sublight velocity for the ability to go FTL...seems like a good trade.

Sufficiently Advanced Technology appears as magic

"Spawn Beacons" are actually miniaturized versions of these: Cynosural Field Generator. The Warbarge locks a wormhole generator onto the selected Cyno Field, and your next clone steps through...radiation of the process takes that combat clone's lifespan from a month or so (since that dropsuit isn't exactly safe for use) to maybe a week at best...but who cares, its lifespan in most battles is measured in seconds.
As for CRUs...as far as I know, they have a number of clones stored inside of them, plus the necessary systems to allow for the clone-jump

At that velocity, the round disintegrates at right around 450m So its a expensive candy corn shooter. I'm pretty sure since there's no actual fire or explosive involved in a railgun and just fletchettes,I'm pretty sure it can hold up for a little more than just 450m.
Well there is no explosive charge...but there is a significant amount of heat... Actual Railgun Firing
The "Fire" you see is generated from friction and air displacement. (interestingly enough, the projectile was clocked at about 2.5k m/s)
Smaller Projectiles may very well have a significant portion of their mass destroyed past a certain point depending on their composition...but I'm too tired and working on another spreadsheet right now to do that complex of math xD

They use magnetic forces to boost things along a conductive "rail," (in this case the sniper's barrel) at super high speeds. Let Mikasa Mikoto show you how they work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qWMvG8rWMjANotice that electrical charge that's around her? That's her manipulating the magnetic forces around her so she can create an invisible "rail" to fire the coin along. As a side note, the coin does disintegrate at 50m, but I'm not sure if that math is sound. This is what Wikipedia has to say about railguns: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Railgun
I use the terms "Firing" and "Shooting" because even in Archery, you can "dry fire" and loosing an arrow is often referred to as shooting...as for Biribiri accelerating a projectile using "virtual rails" as an example...yes, that's kind of how it works (assuming esper powers that are discreet from magic)...although notice how even there they show the coin getting extremely hot (not to mention it's an anime, and although the author did at least some of their homework, I don't know how much math they figured for the range on things)...
While I like the anime you've linked...come on...I linked a real railgun...you know...one that actually exists...that is built, that has been used (under test conditions as far as we know)...and is frakking amazing? (and isn't a Gaus/Coilgun it's a Railgun)
Edit:
Another, albiet smaller railgun, firing Gallery of the smaller home-made railgun this guy did.

I am an OG Scout Sniper, the true suit of the sniper, the scout, not commando. I went up against the likes of Gem and Zan, i was taught by Atiim and Gem.
And I am saddened by how snipers are now. I can't even use em because they are just so bad. We need a buff. We need it now. Am I the only person who snipes in a logi suit? Oh, and I want my 600m back! The longest kill I've ever made? 599m. Heh, poor sod never saw it coming. Another point of interest. Until an officer variant of Kaalakiota Snipers come out, Proto > Officer/Experimental.
Well there is an officer tactical sniper rifle...it is the Balac's Sniper rifle xD
Granted...you're likely to pay upwards of 20million each for them.
